My complaint:
5 oct 2021.
At approximately 10:30 am I visited the restaurant.
The food was satisfactory,service a bit slow .
I exited the restaurant and began eating my meal by the bicycle stall.I ride a 10,000 dollar road bicycle and like it in my sight. While eating my meal I was approached by a security guard pointing pepper spray at my face.I took the rest of my meal to the trash can.
Suggested solution:
I understand McDonald's wants to keep customers safe. If hired security cannot tell the difference between a retired gentleman taking a break after a long ride to a potentially dangerous criminal maybe security needs training.Not only did I feel threatened by the people paid to keep me safe,I am disappointed in the way I was treated
