My complaint:
At 11:45pm on May 2nd, 2022 I was attempting to pick up a delivery and was almost hit by a car while standing in the driveway of this McDonald’s location where staff instructed me to pick up my order. I feel this process of standing in the driveway while deliveries are being prepared and or picking them up for that matter, is unsafe and felt I should express this concern to the manager, especially that I was almost hit by a car. When asked to speak with the manager, I was told to shut the fuck up and just wait for the stupid delivery. I was treated by staff poorly and little did I know I was speaking to the manager the whole time, she refused to identify herself by named or title. With this type attitude, this nasty person should not be supervising other individuals. I have never been treated so poorly in a restaurant. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN….
Suggested solution:
I would like a written apology from this employee, a one suspension and some extra training courses in how to deal with customer and or delivery drivers.
