My complaint:
I ordered from McDonald’s through Talabat application at 12:26 early this morning, on checking for the order it being prepared!
This till it was 6 minutes to deliver, then it said it was canceled causes a driver refused to come to my location!; which is the most famous compound at the north coast! Served from McDonald’s so many times before.
Contacted Talabat customer service turned useless and the same from McDonald’s!!! I got screenshots showing timing and conversation with Talabat and McDonald’s staff.
Suggested solution:
Customer care must be improved, if can’t deliver then you must show this on the application and not let people wait almost an hour and be surprised with order cancellations.
