My complaint:
Got pull to the side to wait for my order, waiter for a while until I got out of my car and went to the drive through window and ask for it again. A lady came out handed me the order just to find out it was wrong. I went inside asked for the manager and she was a total jerk, Jessica the manager doesn’t deserve the title of manager or the position
Suggested solution:
Firing the unprofessional manager and making my order right
