My complaint:
I have 4 girls who are very upset they have recived the exact same toy 3 times in a row! We are a marvel family!! I talked to manager he stated its the protocol in place. Very un happy parent and kids here.
Suggested solution:
Send us 4 new toys! And make the boxes of toys a variety instead of 1500 of the exact same toy.
