My complaint:

I’m having a problem with the employees who drive a brown Chevrolet truck with tinted windows always around. The manager and a person from the corporate office, along with an older individual, have someone driving this brown truck asking me questions about our interactions. Additionally, there’s an older person driving a black Nissan truck with clear windows who seems to be involved. They have rehired certain employees at this location to cause more trouble and problems with me. Her friends and family members often pass by the McDonald’s location, involved in construction work and other activities.

The employees at the McDonald’s located at addresses in Durham, North Carolina, are causing issues. They engage in inappropriate behavior with customers and give my father and me a hard time when we visit the restaurant. We experience poor service, especially on Sunday mornings when it’s busy, and we feel overcharged for our orders. What actions can your department take to address this issue?

Suggested solution:

Please address the behavior of the employees who drive a brown Chevrolet truck with tinted windows. Their prejudiced, racial, trifling, hateful, and mean attitudes towards me as a customer are unacceptable. I do not seek a refund; I want action taken against these individuals. The manager, along with the direct manager, have not taken any steps to resolve the issue. They appear to be trying to prevent me from visiting the McDonald\'s restaurant located on Hillsborough Rd and the village shopping center.
