My complaint:
I went to this site on west wabash ave about 730 pm. I live 2 blocks away. I had a coupon from your ap. After I left and went home, I realized that I had only received one order of McNuggets rather than 2. MEANINING THAT YOU DID NOT FULFILL THE COUPON. I went thru the line again. I was told that I had to report to window 2. I explained to the manager that my coupon was not honored and that my nuggets were cold. I showed her the receipt. She said that I only paid for one order of nuggets. I told her that I had a BOGO coupon. She didnt know what that was. She told me to leave.
Suggested solution:
Terminate the red headed lady manager on duty. I have never been treated so poorly by a manager. I live 2 blocks away in the Cobblestone neighborhood. we have our own neighborhood ap. I am telling all of my neighbors how I was treated by this manager. There is another store close by. I will NEVER visit store 35420. I will encourage all of my neighborhood to bypass store 35420. The store is located on West Wabash in Springfield,Il. I asked the staff to provide me with her name and they refused. I will continue to pass this on to all of my neighbors until she is gone. Although she is so rude, they will figure it out on their own.
