My complaint:
I ordered a couple of cheese burgers at the drive through, was told it was £13 when I questioned it and said really, immediately he said £4.68, at the next window was told to park in the yellow bay, waited for 10 mins so I went in and was told still not ready, I then witnessed your young staff messing and throwing burgers that customers had ordered and they were landing on the floor, the staff were very amused by this and proceeded to pick them up, the floor was disgusting and the attitude of the staff stunk, I ended up walking out with out my food plus out of pocket and didn’t want food poisoning this was around 10 to 11 Friday 16th February

Please make sure the staff are fully supervised and fully trained
