My complaint:

The man who was billing told us he does not have change to give us . So asked us fr change ..we told we don’t have u should hv enough money for giving change . Then he told we can’t place a order. So we went nearby and converted to change and returned as soon as possible (maybe within 2 min ).within that there was a customer coming we told him we got change . He told I can’t I’ll for u . U should start in the queue again .the queue become long .the ice cream was for my little brother. It was his mistake not having enough money to provide change . He should not be having so much attitude to ask my brother to come again because we didn’t have change the first time.

Suggested solution:

Please ask him to have some humanity. He doesn’t own Mc Donald’s to refuse the customers the food we pay for .
