My complaint:
Our number is already shown the queue TV but our food is not ready. Later our number is gone from the queue. A few days back they serve us the wrong order while waiting for the food while drive-thru. The worker ask us to check the food whether the order is correct or not. It think they just press the system to day the order has been serve but in actual fact they have not. Something fishy is going on here in this McDonald Kerteh. Need somebody McDonald Central Office to do the audit. I will send the my complaint to McDonald USA and complaint website. If not improvement being done, I will make a video the next time that I’m there and post is on youtube, instagram twitter
