My complaint:
went through drive through.Placed order @ 1:36 went to pick up asked to wait in parking lot.meal arrived 12 minutes later ?? Had to return fries as they were cold.Apple pies were cold as well. they put ketchup in bag 4 mayo1.not requested.a waste of product.I go to this mcDonalds at least 3 times a week.Service is getting very bad. I will not go into resturant due to Covid.Someone needs to check on this store Highgate.My transaction 1LNLX36G05

I would like a refund $8.69. I am requesting the service is better handled.
I know what the service used to be like as my children worked there while attending school.Both are adults now but standards should not decrease.
