My complaint:

Ordered 2 10 piece chicken Mac nugget meals plus other food. Drove to pickup window, the lady handed me the soda in a carrier. I asked her to hand me the sodas individually and I could place them in the carrier separately since I have a neurological problem , Ataxia. She told me to pull into the pickup lane 4 which I did. I waited 15 min. and called them, they said it was coming right out. I called 15 min. Later and told someone on the phone how long I’ve waited. I was hung up on. I went inside and talked to the manager. She was very nice the first time. I realized when I got back to my car I took the fries in and told her they were cold from waiting so long for the sodas. Then she was irritated. I asked another girl if she would carry the sodas to my car. She did give me the carrier then handed me each soda individually so I could put them in the carrier. All the lady at the pickup window had to do was hand me the carrier and let me put the sodas in separately. I apologize if going to McDonald’s created a problem. I’m not the only one who says that McDonald’s is horrible there are quite a few who go to the one on Belair Rd in Nottingham just so their order is correct and those people are much more friendly. This has been going on awhile. It seems those employees feel they are doing people a favor by serving them. I go to McDonald’s often in Bel Air Md , and the one in Nottingham , and Perry Hall Md.

I think employees should be trained to be respectful to customers. Without customers they wouldn’t have a job.
