My complaint:

I was scalded by a hot chocolate drink being forced in as an extra in a four hot drink tray at the drive through , resulting in it spilling down my front , under my bottom and all over my seat 10 days ago . Robert , the first person I spoke to was kind , courteous and apologetic , he passed me on to head office where I got a very unhelpful woman called Natasha stating the reason she did nothing for ten days because I gave the wrong location . This was after 6 days and now it has been TEN !! I work from my car visiting housebound patients to administer covid vaccines and my seat was soaked !! I couldn’t sit on it because of the scald too

Suggested solution:

1, be polite , respond to my injury and damage to my car
2, checking I was ok after the girl refusing to give first aid when I asked for water or anything to cool me down . I was strapped in with four hot drinks in my hand !!!
3 , get my car seat cleaned !! My car is only a year old !!
4, teach the youngsters that a four cup holder means four ,not FIVE !! I was upset and scalded .
5 , have interested , helpful staff helping with complaints . Natasha still hasn't had the courtesy to email let alone call and this incident was on the 21st !!!
