My complaint:
On your recent refurbishment of the Sandy lane restaurant what a bad idea I take my grandchildren as a treat after school last week a group of local school children throwing drinks making such a mess for the lady to clean up she shouldn’t have to do this they were throwing chips drinks etc young children watching them . Then today another group swearing etc spattering ketchup all over the tables no sign of staff management etc I did go to the counter to inform the manager she wasn’t very concerned but young children are seeing this the restaurant is just a nightmare as all staff now stay behind the wall so anyone can do anything it’s terrible I hope to get a response from yourselves and I’m not going to take my grandchildren in again it’s awful
Suggested solution:
Communication would be helpful something needs doing about the situation young children in there after school fir a treat have to sit watch listen to such filth coming out of their mouths 12yrs old
