I was going round the drive through And as I approached the pay window I was unable to reach the card machine. I had my body out of the window however I still wasn’t able to reach it. I was looking at the lady asking her if it had gone through as I was laying contactless, she said it hadn’t and continued to watch me struggle to try tap my card. I had to put my handbrake on and put my body out even more tap my card. She never even offered to take the card machine off from the stand and stretch it out to me. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad encounter with this employee. She is a larger lady with black hair and drives a Ford transit. This is at McDonald’s in Annitsford ne237qa
Have a word with this colleague and try get her to change her attitude as its n out very professional of her. If I was an elderly lady there would be no way I’d be able to hang out my car to tap the card machine. It was just very rude of her. Not impressed with the customer service at all.
