My complaint:
I only had a $50 note and nothing on my card. The manager said if he gave me the change he would have nothing left in the till, I explained that’s all I had and he was looking at me weird. Then decided to change the $50 note, the way handed me the change was rude, I did say u don’t have to be so bloody rude about it and walked away. Then he requested the change back and didn’t not get served he gave me the $50 back and would not give me no food
Suggested solution:
The manager needs to be retrained in customer service and make sure there is enough change in the till to Accommodate people without any money on there card
