My complaint:
Went through the drive through, ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese McMuffins, told person taking order that I had a coupon on my phone. He said he would take the second one off when i reached him…I drove straight to him because I was the o Ky one in line and he still charged full price. When I asked why, he said that I didn’t show him the coupon. I was confused, because I showed him it when handing him my card. He didn’t say anything about having to scan it until I asked why I got charged full price. So when I asked if he would just give me another sandwich or take the one off he said too late. I requested a manager at that point. The manager came, I told her what happened and she said she could only offer me $1 back. I said no, I wanted to use the coupon or my money back. She said “what the fuck?!” And continues to tell my why I was wrong and refused. Then another manager came and she wouldn’t help me at all….all the whole the one girl is continuing to cuss at me, when I asked her why she kept cussing at me, she kept repeating her self and saying “what the fuck!!!” Over and over. Should I mention I had my two sons with me while she was saying this over and over? At this point I decided I wasn’t getting anywhere with either of them. So I pulled into the 2nd window where I sat and listened to them yelling inside the restaurant. 5 mi yes later she (the rude cussing one) finally came to the window…with money and a receipt. Saying that I wasn’t getting my food or all of my money back. I am uploading my bank statement and the receipt. Not only was this the very worst I have ever been treated by a business but they stood my money from me too!!!
I think all managers on this shift should lose their privilege of having a job at this place. Customer service is about taking care of the customer, not cussing them out, refusing service, and stealing their money from them. This is not only a crime but it was also very scary for my two young sons!!!
I am beside myself with what just happened an hour ago and I am very close to filing a police report even if it is only a few dollars. It’s not right!
Suggested solution:
I think everyone on this shift that is on charge should lose their job....I saw at least 5 employees in between this whole ordeal and not one of them helped me (THE CUSTOMER) out!!!
