My complaint:
I go to this McDonalds often to get breakfast. When I go inside to order ,I see the morning manager yelling at the workers. These young girls are working to make money for themselves. Another time I saw her talking about the cashiers. And they both started laughing. This woman are very unprofessional and someone needs to address this matter quickly. I usual run into the same costumers in the morning and everyone is talking how they treat these girls. If this matter is not address I will go to the Better business bureau!!!! I feel sorry for these girls. I am sure they are in college trying to make some money for themselves and they being harass by a adult.. SHAMEFUL!!!!!!!! VERY NASTY ATTITUDES TO BE MANAGERS!!!!!!!!!
Suggested solution:
Talk to the morning managers there. I come in mostly in the morning. They need to be friendly and professional to the staff.
