My complaint:
Whilst visiting this branch today I was mortified at the poor level of customer service
1st report while in branch there were 4 derliveroo drivers who kept asking the staff to pass over the bags of food for delivery that were just sat on a table behind counter they were ignored repeatedly until a girl eventually came around the corner and said (number 252 and 437 and all the rest of you will have to wait and stop shouting us ) the food was sat there for at least 7-8 mins so by the time it gets to people houses it would probably be cold
2nd report one of the delivery drivers whom had been waiting for 10 min plus asked for a new bag as it was covered in grease and the responce the recieved from the ginger lad behind the counter was ( well no one is gonna die are they) eventually manager came over said he would change the bag to stop the driver moaning
3rd report was an older gentleman came back to the counter saying his drink of coke was flat and no taste he was told there was nothing wrong with it but again the manager eventually came over and said he will change the syrup so he will bring it back when done
Personally I think the staff in this branch need a serious wake up call to how to treat paying customers has it was totally unacceptable our food wasn’t has hot has it normally is but I did not feel convenient on approaching the staff because of the conduct today and finally how them poor delivery drivers kept the cool is incredible they were the true professional people today
