My complaint:
Was in the drive through trying to make an order. The person who was taking our order kept interrupting me saying will that complete your order. My husband asked her to let us complete our order an he said “stop saying will that complete your order. Got up to the pay window they took my money and as I was waiting the manager came to the window and said Hope you don’t talk to your kids like that and said she is a minor. We didn’t curse no one. Until the ghetto manager said what she said. We had to go inside to get my money back, but they were all cursing and acting ghetto If this is the way y’all run a business and treat people looks like you need to retrain your belle glade employees.
Suggested solution:
Retrain your employees to respect people and listen before they interrupt someone who is actively speaking with will that complete your order
