My complaint:
Ordered via drive through, McDonald’s stated we paid for a wrong order and we owed £6.13. A lady held our receipt and asked us what we ordered but did not let us set the receipt. The shift manager asked me to come in. I requested to see the receipt and they said they did not have one. I said I was not paying until I saw a receipt and the shift manager then just rolled up £5.00 on the till and said ‘there’.
No receipt was given and I do not know what I had paid.
Suggested solution:
An apology and some voucher or expense.
