My complaint:
I ordered breakfast through the mobile app like I always do. It always shows the one near my house but this time the a location on the same road, but 30 minutes away got selected. I never picked the food up because it’s too far away. I tried calling the restaurant 30 times with no answer When I find ally got though to someone they told me they don’t know how to issue refunds. The app told me to contact the store for a refund. I have spent way too much time trying to get this resolved
Suggested solution:
I should get a refund and some reward points for all of the trouble.
