My complaint:

Today around 11:00 I went to get two menus I wanted to order from the car and the staff outside jumped over the cars as he wanted he did not take my order I do not understand why I ended up paying and I had no order to pay.The staff inside were also surprised that I don’t have an order, they talked to the manager, I think if he can take my order and pay in the same place.

They took my order and I paid well.I don’t understand why the outside staff did this and didn’t take my order because I’m a customer no matter where I come from.It’s very rude to do that.That employee is 100% racist.You can check and the cameras are evidence that he didn’t even approach my car or talk to me he totally ignored me.If you want to select your customers, let me know and I will not come to you in the restaurant. Thanks

I think you should have a more qualified professional and polite staff because the client will bring you money, not hatred and racism.
