My complaint:
I went to McDonald’s with my family this afternoon 55A Radcliffe Rd, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 5FX . today at 4.00 pm on 20 June 2021
My husband asked for a large white coffee as usual and when he get to the window to pay he found the coffee size is regular not large, on the screen so he said to the casher to correct the order he refused and he said I can’t fixed again, and he tried given him extra money for a large coffee , and he said I can’t fix it again, he asked my husband if he could go forward to the next window and he( I will let them know, to give you large coffee) .
my husband drove to next window than asked the girls over the window and tried to explain to her what is happening she refused to listen and called the manager to come than my husband explained to the manager what is happening as he ordered a large white coffee not regular the manager asked him okay that’s fine you need to go back around again and pay for large one my husband said no way I should go back all this time she said I can give you the different in price she refused and she closed the window in our face and she put a jacket over the window which we found it insult i went inside to find out way she acted like that she refused to talk and my husband followed me accused her not dealing with the customer with respect and manner also for the all staff to be laughing at the customer is face called no respect and it was very racist my husband asked for money back saying I will report it to the head office, and the social media.
