To whom it may concern,

This letter is in reference to the above noted McDonald’s in Torrance California.

First issue, when I go to the Torrance McDonald’s and order at the window in the store it takes forever for a order-taker to even show up. When the order-taker does show up shehe seems completely involved with other things, not me as a customer. Invariably it leads to the order not being correct when it is presented at the pickup window.

Second issue, up and down the San Diego Freeway and on the internet there are various references to the McDonald’s 2 for $3.50 mix and match menu. When I asked for that at the McDonald’s referenced above they say they don’t have that and I need to order something else.

Third issue revolves around the actual preparation of the order. The people who assemble the sandwiches are sloppy at best. When I order a McDouble the patties are not placed directly on top of the lower bun and the cheese is sliding off onto the paper wrapper. Really quite poor. Also, and most annoying, is when I order a large order of french fries the large box is nowhere near filled. It seems like I am receiving a medium order for the cost of the large order. When I comment on that and ask them to put more fries in the box they say this is how they packaged the order.

I am curious as to what your thoughts are about the above issues having to do with the above-mentioned McDonalds.
