My complaint:
today 3-10-21 i visited the McDonalds in my area. I always go through the drive thru. I ordered two sausage biscuits with one hash brown. I was given one sausage biscuit and a biscuit with bacon. Things like this happen frequently at this location. You can request no cheese on a breakfast item and most of the time you have to give it back at the window or you discover the problem when you get home. This location get’s a number of complaints and reviews for poor service. I will visited the Wendy’s down the street more often now. I have had enough of there poor service.
Suggested solution:
Have the owner meet with his manager and staff to make changes to give better service and to pay closer attention to the order placed to insure you are getting what you order.
