My complaint:
I waited in the drive thru for at least 15 min. When i finally got my food it may as well been ice cold because it sure wasn’t hot and fresh. I don’t like rubbery fries and cold mcdoubles. They did do one thing right,my chocolate shake was good.
Suggested solution:
Get better employees. There's no reason why that food should've been cold. You would think that the food would be hot. That then could explain why people are in line for so long.
