My complaint:
The store in Alva, OK is operating, or should I say, not operating well at all. There is a terrible lack of help. Sometimes 4-5 people will not call in, just no call, no show, leaving 2 or 3 to run the store. This is a busy store
and could be a gold mine.They are closed a lot. From what I can see, the manager that manages the store is there very seldom (not just a shift manager). They are always out of things. Yesterday they put a sign in the drive-up window that they were not making tea, drinks, or coffee. What the heck?!! The dining room is closed most of the time in the afternoon. They need some help here!!!!
Suggested solution:
At least come and check out the situation. Who owns this store anyway? I'm sure they are using it as a tax write-off because it's not making any money. It can't be, because of the way it's run! Help out here!!!
