McDonalds complaint: Poor customer service and recurrent shortage of inventory

My complaint:

I’m a recurrent customer of this store. Today 5 Nov 2023, I visited the location thru the Auto Mac lane and the employee told me that there was no eggs, orange juice and and ome other items. This is not the first time I have visited the store and have been told about some sort of shortage. The employees are very reluctant helping customers with the electronic boardfor ordering meals. The obligate elderly customers to use it, when they have no skills to do so. They do not allow customers to order thru the main register. In general terms they offer the worst customer service I have ever seen’ as a military retiree who has traveled worldwide. Additionaly, there are two (2) refrigerated vans positioned in the disable custumers parking area. The vans have been there over a week. Thanks for your help!

Suggested solution:

Improve the customer service to include employee's attitude and full inventory available in the store.
