My complaint:
I went through the drive-thru and asked for a Crispy buttermilk chicken bisquits and when we received it it wasn’t crispy at all. My wife orders the same thing every single day and like half the time I end up having to have them make another one because it’s not crispy as advertised. Then when I complain I get nasty looks and have even heard smart remarks made by certain employees and most of all Penny. She is bad for giving a nasty look, rolling her eyes, and then complaining about our complaint. The name of the game in fast food is service and most of the employees here do a great job, but Penny is not one of them. There is no service with a smile when she’s the one servicing you. Shame
Suggested solution:
They should tell her to be more friendly and stop complaining about about a customer complaining. If someone's not happy with their good, they paid for it, and they deserve getting what they ordered.
