My complaint:
I ordered breakfast at McDonald’s around the 1st of June and was driving down the road and took a couple bites out of hash browns. I bit into a a half inch piece of plastic or fingernail. I gagged and spit it out! Had a small cut inside my mouth and didn’t see a doctor. I was sick the rest of the day gagging and throwing up just thinking about it. I lost 200.00 that day because I couldn’t work! I contacted McDonald’s several times trying to resolve the issue. The McDonald’s i purchased from finally called and offered me 1 hash brown for what I went through. I called corporate several more times and finally was called from someone that resolves claims and the told me I would hear back from them. Was finally contacted again and told them what happened and showed pics of receipt and the object. The wanted me to give them a receipt of my lost wages however I am self employed. I dont work for a company . Was again told they would contact me but I haven’t heard from them at all! I even called Several times trying to get someone to contact me. So here it is January 2021 I still get sick feeling just thinking about this! There is no reason that this hasn’t been resolved!
Suggested solution:
Lost wages. Pain and suffering of me being sick and continuing having to deal with it just thinking about it!
