My complaint:
I pull up to McDonald’s at 12:56.pm. Lady taking order speech not clear, believe she was Spanish. I ordered 2cheese burgers, strawberry shake, 2 strawberry pies. She asked me to wait a minute, she comes back and say no strawberry shake, only vanilla, chocolate and for me to pull around to window. So I told the young man at window I couldn’t understand lady taking order and she said something about no strawberry shake. So he went to check. He comes back and let me machine not working . So I asked him for chocolate and then paid him for my order.
I move to second window the lady that took my order was standing there with another worker. She proceeded to hand me a vanilla shake. I told her no, I ordered a chocolate shake. So the other worker asked me to pull up waiting spot. So I did. I waited and waited for my order. So finally a young man brings me my chocolate shake with no food. I said to him no food. He asked what I ordered? I gave him my receipt and he said he would go check. He comes back and say they waiting for pies to cook. No one said anything about pies had to be cooked. So I sit out there until 1:36 finally he brings my food. He apologized and I told him it’s not his fault.but now I’m late getting back to work.
If they had told me in the beginning there were no pies done I would have ordered them and would have to wait half an hour or more. Unprofessional.
Suggested solution:
I'm not sure. They not have Spanish person taking order if English is not clear and not sure of their job. Letting someone know food is cooking is not that hard.
