My complaint:

On 24th July my husband was returning from Amsterdam went to McDonald’s for breakfast at around 9.30am and was unable to go to the counter to be served. He was told he would have to order via the self service machine, he tried to do this but was unable to figure it out, a member of staff came over and did it for him, he just tapped his card and waited for the food, when it arrived they gave him six of his order and it was only then he realised he had paid for six. He tried to explain that he never did the order a member of staff did, only to be told it’s too late the order has gone through. The reason I am complaining on his behalf is that he is dyslexic and can’t write or spell so good. All he wants is a refund of the difference the extra 5 cost. I have written to the airport who were unable to help, I complained to McDonald’s on line at the Dutch office, but have heard nothing back. 00596384 This is the reference number of the complaint via the airport.
