McDonalds complaint: Old fries

My complaint:

Everytime i order from here the fries always seem to go in the bin!! The food standard is always a let down. Seems to me they use old fries they have made in the morn. Its hard rubbery and taste like crap.

Suggested solution:

Refund!!
