My complaint:
Dear SirMadam,
I am writing to you to inform you about my dissatisfaction following a visit to your establishment drive thru. As it was my daughter’s birthday, we had ordered her favourite dessert option: the millionaire donut. When we had reached home we had noticed that the item was not in the bag. She was extremely disappointed and the rest of the family are upset. Reference date is 240421 time 20:03:39
