McDonalds complaint: No Chicken

My complaint:

I purchased two crispy chicken sandwich’s, I paid extra to add lettuce and tomato on each sandwich.

I got home opened to eat and No Chicken on either sandwich. That is not one but two sandwich’s without Chicken. But they did put lettuce and tomato on bun.

I called number on receipt numerous times witnin and hour and no answer line was busy entire time. So I then called the Customer service number on receipt and told them what happened. I was told that local
franchise would call me No Call.

Four days later I received an email from the franchise that they would talk to their team and that they strive to give great service and food.

There was no offer to replace my two Chicken Sandwich’s or gift card or to make anything right. I though this was ridiculous.

I have always been a faithful customer of Mcdonal’s for their food and value but now it just puts a bad taste in my mouth.

Also their email could not be replied too nor was I given a number to call them. Very poor Customer Service.

Suggested solution:

I should have received either a refund of my money or a gift card.
They did nothing
