My complaint:

December 29 I was at the McDonald’s in Lowell- it wasn’t busy but they still got my order wrong. I always check my bag before I leave. This time and there has been many- I ordered a big breakfast- all I received was the eggs, sausage and biscuit- had to ask for the hash browns and the blueberry muffin that I paid for! This has happened to my husband and I many times this year! I SHOULD not need to remind them about my order!
