My complaint:
Hi I’m complaining about not receiving my order on the 20th of February I ordered through just eat my food came to 27pnd odds my husband is diabetic so was hungry after waiting said good wld be delivered between 7.15 to 7.35 that’s fine still no food at 7.43 phoned shop about 3 times said to wait till driver said delivered on the tracker fine after 8 still no sign phoned shop again girl said the food had been delivered but not to this address I’m really angry especially when I’m only 5 minutes away from the shop
Suggested solution:
It seems this has been happening a lot I wld like to think I cld get some free food and reimbursed my money hopefully just eat will do this the staff at McDonald’s when I telephoned were really nice and apologetic
