My complaint:
I would like to make a complaint n my order. I just order small cappucino via MD app and selected to pick up. When I went to collect the cappucino they told me NO COFFEE machine breakdown and asked me to change to drinks to chocolate cos not able to refund.
Some more I dun drink chocolate. Now I have paid but I dont get my coffee and more over the deal is locked even I want to order from other MD outlet.
Suggested solution:
no solution yet cos I still cant get my coffee and also refund.
they just take my contact number
