My complaint:
I have purchased the breakfast meal through mcdonals app using order ahead option, once i reached the counter, the timing of the breakfast serving was over and the staff told me that my order can not be provided and will be cancelled and the cash will be refunded
i have followed up with them for more than a month and no refund happend so far with very poor response and rude staff
Suggested solution:
They should refund the amount and compensate me for the cash spent of fuel and mobile cards to close solve this case
