McDonalds complaint: Missing order

My complaint:

I ordered at 12pm on the 9th September and I ordered a box of 20 nuggets and only recieved 12 this isn’t good as i always use this mc Donald’s also my order was 23pound.

Suggested solution:

I should get vouchers
