My complaint:
I was waiting for my app to connect to process the order fully once I got up to the speaker they shut all their lights off and refused to answer the window or phone then the manager argue yelling my order wasnt in the system and there not gona argue with me there closed and slammed the widow locked repeating over and over there closed when they dont even close till 12 and literally all I ordered was a coke its paid for it wont give me my money back this isnt the first time lost 2 milkshakes cuz they said the machine was down and to file something yonline and wouldnt tell me how to get a refund or help me with it and told me to move along, they are very disrespectful and rude and Im not the only one who thinks that people just dont have the time to make reports or find the right sight to do it on .. I understand its hard to staff a lot of places but she seriously needs to be told something and they need to stop closing early and being rude to customers or not serving them when its close to closing time cuz theyll stop serving food 30minutes to an hour close to closing because there lazy and they cant serve that item cuz its too close to closing
Suggested solution:
Reemburse total lost money or give vouchers for free drinks or ice cream or fries cuz they’ve taken a lot of money from me… and punish the worker or cut there hours or suspend them for some time Bf monitor the location for there Poot work performance
