My complaint:
I ordered a Big Mac with Mayo no special sauce, instead of making me a new burger they remade an old one. It was cold. The cheese would not even melt. Called to talk to manager. The lady was rude. This location has become an issue. Except the morning crew! They are so friendly and always make sure food is correct. Owners do nothing
Suggested solution:
Staff needs training. New managers and owners need to address issues
