My complaint:
Today 2032023 @ 1:55 PM I placed MY order, which is the one concerning the complaint! At 1:57pm My sister placed her order as a separate 2nd order. One was paid in cash the other was paid with Debit card. I have never witnessed a more dishonest, rude thief all in one as a Manager! Not a Good Mix! Using The McDonald’s app I WAS to receive the 20% off my sisters order was to redeem points on a FREE Big Mac. As soon as I paid for the first order MiNE By the amount I knew I wasn’t given the correct price NO MONEY OFF to be exact! I even made it clear to the young lady at the window was told that the 20% had been applied. I didn’t want to argue I simply told the next lady at the 2nd window because even my recite showed I was right. Now, this lady takes a look and agrees showing the manager who was standing right behind her, this manager never took a look at the recite she simply says, “Oh she was given the discount of $3.00 Because I was back there SMH clearly not she was in front lol! I could tell how she reacted she for some reason didn’t want to give me my 20% off! Not fair number one she lied plus ignored my ticket! At exactly 4:02 PM I called McDonald’s back explaining the situation what do you know she remembered my name I wonder why?!? Because she was guilty needed to know how to cover her butt! Well I began to tell her I knew she was lying when she knew she was caught boom there she was telling me to have a nice day nothing else so I’m calling corporate I will be over to see Mr Hunt as soon as I can make my appointment! I have proof of all of this hope she will be fired this is a major offense no one like her should be close to being a manager of anywhere especially with the public!
Suggested solution:
The manager would not give me her name but by records they can tell who she was working at the date and time 2323 @ 1:55PM answers my call at 4:02PM! I know personally the customer is right! By the the time I was able to eat my food, it was cold…. Dealing with her lies, rudeness apparently she is a thief so she needs to be fired or at least taken down from being in a management position!
