My complaint:
Had waited for more than 10 minutes in the grilled area before chasing up. The reasons given by manager were not acceptable for not delivering. Got wrong milk shakes than it printed in the receipt. All can be supported with images .
Suggested solution:
Refund money for wrong products and money for time wasted .
