My complaint:
How disappointing,
My son had a phone interview at 10am alberta time for a position at McDonalds in sylvan lake and no one phoned. He waited an hour and a half for someone to call. There were reminders for his upcoming interview and absolutely nothing! Is this how McDonalds treats possible candidates? I myself was a restaurant general manager for twenty years and I would never miss an interview, even if something came up I would let the individual know.
I’m disgusted that this company would treat a person like this, I will definitely be letting head corporate know about this.

Follow through with set appointments, disgusting customer service. Unprofessional
