McDonalds complaint: I have spent over $200 within the last several months and employees never came out and deliver the food

My complaint:

I’ve been to McDonald’s several times and spent close to $200 for breakfast waited almost half hour every time, and he never came out to bring the food out

Suggested solution:

I would like the owner of that McDonald’s to call me pay me my money that I’ve spent or try to solve this problem
