I arrived at Mcdonald’ at 4:58 waiting for them to at 5. I sat there 5 minutes then i pulled around to the drive thru window and continued to sit there. A worker saw me. She continued to count down her draw and other things. She never acknowledge me. Another worker walked out the door and went to the store across the street. It is now 5:15. I called twice before i got and answer. I asked them what time do you open. The person answered we open at 5:45 or 6. I stated the website says 5am. She did not respond. My complaint is I sat there 20 minutes to be told they were not open. it would have been ok if they had addressed me and stated that when i pulled up but instead they just let me sit there and not sating anything to me. This is bad customer service. BTW , I went to the McDonald’s on 165 and they told me that all McDonald’s open up at 5. So what makes them special. Is it individually owned.
Change their hours of operation on the website, and customer service needs to be addresses. Because this could have been an easy fix, instead of having me sit there 20 minutes and they just looked at me instead of saying something to me
