My complaint:
I went to this McDonald’s and was served horrible food and the drink(s) tasted like there was cleaner in it. When I called to get my money back, the manager told me, they would have to pass the message onto their manager and wait to find out if they would reimburse me or just talk to me about it. I have the receipt and I told the manager.
Suggested solution:
They should have to reimburse me for the entire order. Especially considering I have the receipt.
