My complaint:
I wouldn’t usually complain but if this is now the third time it happened I firmly believe this warrant your attention. Two weeks ago, we ordered double cheese burger meal, got home, daughter excited to eat but to her dismay not plain everything on it. Last week, ordered the same, this time got the double cheese burger plain unfortunately with a brown hair which is more disappointing and made my daughter feel sick. Today is the last tether to bring this complains to your attention, another double cheese burger thats not plain and hard fries almost in the stage of being burnt! It is disappointing as we ignore two incidences in a hope that this will be right now. Since we always go through drive thru we just don’t want to open the food while in the queue when a lot of cars waiting. Simple instructions not followed and money wasted. We know things like this happened but ate we just the unfortunate one to get this three weeks in a row.
